Twenty years of building for the web, driven by the same curiosity I had on day one. I’m Italian, from Florence. I like working the way I like being worked with: approachable, plain-spoken, low ego, and lightly sarcastic when the stack pretends to be the smartest person in the room.
I care about art in every form I can reach: physical work and software, same rigor on structure and intent. In teams I stay friendly and hands-on by default: small meetings, pair when it helps, no mystique around who broke the build last week.
My focus is on governance and architectural standards: building the rails that strip away friction so teams can focus on shipping excellence. I remain in the code, balancing strategy with learning. Pragmatism over hype. If we over-engineered it, I’ll say so kindly, then help you delete it. That counts as a good day.

A passion project, built with a small circle of friends. At heart a fantasy MUD where words shape the world, not polygons; the React client wraps it in a modern interface, with a live world map and a UX far beyond the telnet ancestors of the genre. Node.js keeps the realm alive, MongoDB persists its history, and Socket.io carries every whisper between players.
